Length: 10 Pages
Highlights: Is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution right for a creative services agency? Prior to a CRM installation, agencies surveyed said:
- 64% had difficulty organizing information
- 50% had difficulty managing clients
- 38% had difficulty managing projects
- 27% had difficulty collaborating with team members
After installing a CRM system:
- 44% have better customer service/responsiveness
- 38% find it easier to manage projects
- 36% say there is increase in collaboration
There are other detailed stats on increases in productivity (at least 25%) and the most helpful features.
The increase in sales figures by 62% of those surveys are reported to be 10-49%.
The ROI is quoted by 75% as having occurred within three months. There are strong stats reported by everyday professional in the use of the system.
SLMA Comments: Very compelling argument that creative agencies can benefit from a CRM system and of course they say Insightly’s system. That’s ok.
Why It’s Important:
When creative agencies use their own CRM system they are more likely to be interested in their client’s CRM system.. and the results.
