The program title today is how to get data from your CRM system that is actionable. As it turns out, until I met Bonnie and her company, I really thought all the data was actionable, I just thought it was difficult to get but I would be able to find it. Well as it turns out, what I suspected is true… and Bonnie’s company has made this data actionable because she’s created a company that can do this for us.
