Philip A. Nasser, CoFounder Cerius Interim Executive Solutions
Philip A. Nasser is a co-founder of Cerius Interim Executive Solutions and currently heads the sales and marketing practice for the firm. He is the Managing Partner of Sales Productivity Institute LLC, a company he founded in 2001. With more than 30 years of leadership experience Phil has worked with strategic, sales and channel issues across a number of industries including information technology, manufacturing, human capital and finance. His interim assignments have included leading clients in the creation of their strategic plans, building sales plans, re-working client's sale methodologies, creating compensation plans and training clients how to sell complex products into complex organizations.
Phil holds a BS from Indiana University, an MBA from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Ensead Senior Management Program in Fontainebleau, France. He co-authored Find Lost Revenue, Uncover Hidden Causes to Common Sales and Marketing Problems which was published by Solutions Press, Newport Beach, CA in 2009. Phil is a part-time professor of Strategic Management and Leadership for California State University, Fullerton.
