Since joining Continuum in September 2013, Jeanne Hopkins has built a powerhouse metrics based sales and marketing team that drives quality leads and revenue for the company’s Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners. Jeanne drives her team to create an enormous volume of valuable content including ebooks, case studies, white papers, webinars, videos, podcasts, radio and TV broadcasts, corporate blog articles and more – all delivered in a variety of formats and venues. She uses this content to position the company as experts in managed IT services, generate high quality leads and help MSPs capitalize on increasing opportunity in the industry, expand revenue and increase profitability. Jeanne was named to the MSPmentor 250 list, identifying the world’s leading MSP executives, entrepreneurs, experts, coaches and community leaders.

She was named to the 50 Most Influential Sales Lead Management professionals by SLMA, 2011 – 2014 in addition to being honored with SLMA’s 20 Women to Watch award in 2011, 2013 and 2014.

Jeanne launched the company’s first-ever user conference that attracted hundreds of thousands of dollars in sponsorship money with more than 400 people attending the 3-day sold out conference in September 2014. Launched Collaborate, a private forum for Continuum’s partners to freely connect, share and learn. As of 2/23/15, members/visitors count in Collaborate was 1,877.
Launched the MSP Resource Center (http://www.continuum.net/msp-resources/msp-resource-center), an online library of valuable content including eBooks, case studies, white papers and webinars. Quarter over Quarter – over 2X the number of prospects submitted a form on the site from Q2 2014 to Q3 2014: See image 
Launched MSPradio , Continuum’s weekly radio program to reach “on-the-go” MSPs with hot topics, business tips and industry news – all to help them grow.
Website Organic Search Visits – year over year increase of 33.08%
Launched new blog (http://blog.continuum.net/) in September 2013; Blog Organic Search Visits – year over year increase of 5,092%
Blog Organic Search Visits in January 2015 – nearly 1,700
