The 3-day co-located conferences bring together the leading sales, marketing, customer service, and speech recognition solutions providers in one place for an in-depth look at the latest innovations and strategies for customer engagement. Together, the three conferences feature more than 125 sessions, keynotes, sunrise sessions, and customer case studies covering all of the major areas of interest in customer relationship management.
The conferences kick off with a joint keynote address at 9:00 a.m., Monday by Dennis Snow, president of Snow & Associates, former member of the leadership team at Walt Disney World Co., and best-selling author of Lessons From The Mouse: A Guide for Applying Disney World’s Secret of Success to Your Organization, Your Career, and Your Life.
Also opening Monday is the Customer Solutions Expo, a combined showcase featuring the leading sales, marketing customer service, and speech recognition solutions as well as invaluable opportunities to network with attending industry executives, industry pioneers, and technology gurus. The Expo is open Monday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and continues Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Admission to the exhibit hall is $35. SpeechTEK, CRM Evolution, and Customer Service Experience conference attendees receive free admittance. Conference passes will also be available for purchase at the onsite registration desk.
