See Who Has Been Nominated as an Inspiring Leader
Nov 12, 2021

See the Leaders
Albert Einstein said, “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” In a leadership sense I read this as meaning that striving for success is an "I" or "Me" project. To be of value can be achieved as an individual, but even more as a leader.
- They write. Books, articles, blogs, white papers, and articles. In some way they reach out with opinions on what they have learned.
- They Speak: In varying fashions they feel the urge to teach others. They are most often not the key-note speaker that is called upon to give the stump speech on motivation that is the same from meeting to meeting. These are the leaders who teach in workshops and small groups. They pay their own way there, take time out of their work (usually days at a time) to discuss problem solving with small groups of 20-100 people.
- They do. These are leaders who are creating revenue for their company or their clients. They are people who are walking the talk. What they say has been learned from real life experiences.
Why it Matters
