Program Manager (Client Services)
We are currently seeking multiple Program Managers of all levels (both Junior and Senior) to join our team!
As the Program Manager, you will be in a client-facing role, responsible for the management and implementation of multiple client business programs and marketing initiatives while being accountable for understanding client program scope and goals and communicating the scope and program objectives to internal delivery teams. You will also be accountable for managing a revenue portfolio of 250,000 to 1 million dollars and for managing the client/program scorecard success factors. The Program Manager’s scope of responsibility may vary but generally includes, delivery, budget and overall client satisfaction/retention.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the internal set-up, production & deliver of client programs and projects
- Act as client liaison between the client's management team, sales force, prospective customers and existing customers
- Work with internal delivery teams to provide strategic marketing recommendations to client base
- Work with internal delivery teams to document, analyze and report on program results by providing Return on Investment information on a program-by-program or defined periodic basis
- Capture, analyze and report on quality metrics associated with the services provided to clients; i.e., Lead Quality, Contact Rate, Resolution Rate, Campaign Management, Lead Tracking, Sales Reporting
- Ensure quality and client satisfaction for program implementation and results
- Identify new business opportunities and secure additional opportunities by understanding the assigned clients' business, departments, divisions and marketing initiatives
- Deliver program results that exceed client requirements and expectations
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to other members of the cross-functional client support team as related to client programs
- Manage client programs/projects, costs and profitability, as well as provide project estimates for approval
- Provide a leadership role within Performark
- Travel as necessary for the client program
Qualifications:
- The Program Manager position requires a 4-year degree in a related field; i.e., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The position requires a minimum of 2 years of client program management in combination with successful sales/marketing and relationship building experience.
- Proven track record developing and conducting presentations for client groups, experience with project management, and direct management of client relationships and client programs is required.
- Database, direct marketing, and experience working in a highly technical environment is strongly preferred. The person in the Program Manager position must be proficient with MS Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and database.
- The position requires excellent communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to accuracy and detail at all times.
The person in this position is responsible for managing a high volume of work.
