BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 2, 2010 — In rapid succession, web software development company LeadLog, LLC (http://www.getdashboard.com) has introduced another major update to dashboard, the popular sales lead management and lead tracking system, and laid plans for the development of their “lead plugger” Api, which will supply dashboard users with industry leads in real time. As with previous versions, the updated dashboard supports unlimited lead importing so customers can focus on working leads instead of counting them. While exhibiting at LeadsCon Las Vegas February 23-24, 2010 at The Mirage Hotel and Casino, LeadLog executives will be making connections with lead providers — and, says LeadLog co-founder Esteban Gonzalez, these connections will result in automatic lead propagation into dashboard clients’ existing accounts. “We are working hard to make dashboard the best sales lead management software there is. We understand how important our clients’ sales leads are, and we want to help make the most out of those leads,” co-founder Jared Opper explained. “To that end, changes to dashboard are driven by user feedback. That’s also what is driving our commitment to partner with the best lead providers out there to bring fresh leads to our dashboard users across all industries.” The dashboard update, pushed out in mid-December, includes a number of changes designed to make dashboard even more user-friendly than before. Users will notice that the dashboard page is gone and their leads are now front and center on login. Along with navigation updates, LeadLog has rolled out changes to dashboard’s lead listing and lead pages. The leads listing page now includes visual enhancements to its filters, allowing users to refine their lead list based on criteria that are most relevant to their sales process. The “Lead Actions” button is visible at all times, and users can now perform mass actions, including deleting, reassigning and sharing leads, on different leads all at once. The new “Latest Activity” function allows users to see the history of activities for each lead, in chronological order, for themselves and their teammates. Updates to the lead page include to-do templates for leads and a new look for leads information. For example, tags are once again visible on the leads page. Moreover, efficient work-flow and sales process management are built right into the system by way of follow-up reminders, latest actions and to-do templates. “We’re excited to unveil the newest version of dashboard,” co-founder Norman Opper said. “LeadLog is always improving the quality of its products and services, and that continuous improvement is reflected in the new dashboard. We encourage our users to keep giving us feedback. The direct interaction between developers and customers is paramount in the evolution of a better and better product.”
